Sewer: No cleanout could be found or accessed. There is a cleanout marked on the permits listed with the county but its buried under landscaping. There is a sump pump downstairs which the toilet leads to. The roof vent also does not correctly lead to the sewer line. Roof vents are a backup and not a viable option for sewer work. The cleanout needs to be exposed in the yard and extended to ground level. Once this is complete I can come out and scope the line for $50 paid for by the sellers. If the sellers cannot expose this cleanout then a new one can be installed outside for $2,000.
